Wopro is a Czech digital ecosystem for businesses. Invoicing, website, e-shop, cloud, e-mail, domains, signatures and advertising all live under one account and one bill, instead of each being supplied by a different company. The services are connected and pass data to each other on their own, so you never retype anything from one program into another. Pick only what you need right now and add another service when the time comes.

For sole traders, freelancers, small and medium businesses and startups, in short, for anyone who wants their digital tools together and without needless complexity. You can start as an individual and the services grow with you. If you run several companies, you manage them under one account and switch between them, each with its own invoicing, members and data.

For most services the basic version is free, with no credit card and no time limit. For example, invoicing in Nafakturu.cz is free with no limit on the number of documents. You only pay for premium features or higher capacity, and you always see the price up front. No hidden fees and no commitments. Exact prices for every service are in the pricing.

Credits are a prepaid balance you can use anywhere in the ecosystem, for example for hosting, domains or premium features. You top them up by card via GoPay from CZK 100, and 1 credit equals CZK 1. Credits never expire, so you do not lose them even if you do not use them for a while. The guide walks you through it step by step.

Registration takes about two minutes: enter your e-mail and password and you are done, no credit card needed. That gives you a Wopro ID, your single account for the whole ecosystem. You sign in once and get access to every service, with no further registration. We never store your password in readable form, and if you forget it we e-mail you a link to set a new one. No. Each service works on its own, so feel free to use only invoicing or only e-mail. The benefit of the ecosystem shows when you add another service later: the data connects automatically and you never export or retype anything. The more services you use, the less admin you have, but nothing forces you to.

Invoicing (Nafakturu.cz), company cloud storage up to 10 TB, an e-shop (Eshopland), domains, hosting and SSL (Ulozdata), company e-mail (Mailcore), e-signatures (Podpisuj.cz), AI website building (Tvorbastranky), an AI chatbot (WoChat), an AI assistant for Google and Facebook ads (Reklamabot) and finding jobs and suppliers (Poptano). All data runs on our own Ulozdata.cz infrastructure with dedicated servers in the European Union and never leaves the European data centre. Communication is encrypted (TLS 1.3), so is data on disk (AES-256), we back up every day and keep backups for 30 days on a separate server. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not store payment cards at all. Everything complies with GDPR, and on request you get an export of your data or its deletion. More in Security.

Payments are processed by the certified GoPay gateway. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, or with Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details, and GoPay is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. After every credit top-up we automatically generate a tax document, and you will find all documents in your organisation's overview.

Yes. You can have a website built in Tvorbastranky.cz with AI in a few minutes, or we can make a custom one for you. We build e-shops in Eshopland: catalogue, stock, checkout and shipping, and we can also take care of promotion and advertising. You will find concrete examples in the customer stories above. Yes. You register the domain in Ulozdata.cz including DNS and an SSL certificate, run company e-mail on it in Mailcore, and your website or e-shop lives on the same domain. You manage everything from one account. The guide shows how to set up DNS step by step.

Yes. Under one Wopro ID you manage several organisations and switch between them, each with its own invoicing, members and data. You invite colleagues to an organisation by e-mail, they get access to all of its services and can use the shared credit balance. The guide shows how.

You can call +420 910 926 999 Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and you always reach a real person. PRO customers get priority support with a faster response, and we monitor all services around the clock.

Of course. Book a meeting: you pick a day and time from the nearest working days and we call you or connect by video call. We go through what you need and advise which services will save you the most work and how best to put them together. You get a confirmation of the time by e-mail.

The AI advisor is a tool we are working on. It will run on WoChat technology, and you write it a question in your own words, even a complicated one. It will advise you on services, show how to put them together, work out the price and tell you where to find things. It is still in preparation and we do not give a launch date yet, until then we are happy to advise you in person.
