How we measure

Every minute we check that each service responds: for websites we open the main page, for APIs and the database their health route, and for storage we check that the right server answers. A day is green when everything worked without problems. Orange is a day with a shorter outage (under 5 minutes) or a slowdown. Red is a day with an outage of 5 minutes or more. Uptime is the share of checks over the last 90 days in which the service responded. We measure from a single location outside the services themselves, so a problem on your side of the connection will not show here.

The View switch changes what one bar means. In Minutes it is a single check (the last 90 minutes): a green bar is operational, orange is slow, red is down. In Hours (the last 72 hours) and Days (the last 90 days) a bar is a summary of the whole hour or day by the rules above.
