Everything runs on our own infrastructure. We don’t pass anything on to anyone, we don’t store payment cards and you stay in full control of your data.
The entire Wopro ecosystem runs on our Ulozdata.cz infrastructure with dedicated servers in the EU. Your data stays under our control and never leaves a European data centre.
Only we and our direct partners work with your data. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it and we don’t use it for advertising. It is simply yours.
Payments are processed by the certified GoPay gateway (PCI-DSS Level 1). We have no access to your payment details and will never see them.

TLS 1.3 for communication, AES-256 for data on disk. Everything is encrypted, so your data stays protected even if someone gains physical access to a server.
Wopro ID uses OAuth 2.0 with short-lived tokens. We hash passwords using bcrypt. No password is ever stored in readable form.
Automatic daily backups with 30-day retention. Backups are stored separately on a different server in the EU.
We monitor all services around the clock. If anything happens, we know about it immediately and deal with it.
We comply with the GDPR. We process and store data exclusively in the EU. On request, we will provide you with all your data or delete it.
If something goes wrong, we’ll let you know. We run a public status page where you can see the current status of all services.
We guarantee a minimum availability of 99% per month for all services in the ecosystem.
